Dr. Putra Pamungkas adalah Kepala UNS Fintech Center and Banking. Ia meraih gelar Ph.D. dari Université de Limoges, Prancis, dengan spesialisasi dalam ekonomi keuangan dan perbankan. Fokus risetnya mencakup keuangan digital, stabilitas perbankan, dan kebijakan publik. Ia aktif dalam berbagai kolaborasi riset dengan institusi seperti Asian Institute of Digital Finance, IDIC/LPS, OJK, dan BPKH. Dr. Putra juga menjabat sebagai Managing Editor beberapa jurnal internasional serta aktif mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah di jurnal bereputasi, termasuk Managerial Finance dan International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management.
